Candlewood Suites St. Joseph / Benton Harbor by IHG

Really liked our studio with kitchenette! Made our stay comfortable and easy

We liked everything about this property. We will be telling others about Candlewood Suites. We will be staying again in the future. I really loved the cuboards and the fact that they were stocked with plates, cereal bowls, salad bowls etc. Drawers had silverware for for 2 people plus can opener etc. Stove refrigerator microwave. This is top notch. Staff was so polite and enjoyable too. We came down from Cheboygan MI for a funeral this made our trip worth it. Thank you.

We booked a suite and upon check in the room keys didn't work. I contacted the front desk and she said it was their only suite available to she let us into our room because she said the keys on this room haven't been working. Once checked in the TV didn't work, the heater/cooler wouldn't come on, the room smelled heavily of some kind of deodorizer. While brushing my teeth I noticed the bathroom sink was full of hair, like a man had shaved and the sink hadn't been cleaned.

I liked the full kitchen and up to date appliances. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very big. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was top notch. Room was great and clean. Would recommend

We were very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the place.

We hads a wonderful time. Staff was attentive and friendly. They responded to our requests.

The room was ok but needs upgrades. You can tell the hotel is older. The beds & pillows were fairly comfortable.

Room was nice, people were helpful, however, no ice.
