Harbor Base Inn

arrived around 10:15 pm not one person was there. knocked, sign said ring doorbell No doorbell. called number on check in, they said they had nothing to do with the inn. my 9 year old grandson was exhausted, as we were attending his grandfathers wake in newport. Very disappointed!

No one was in the office! I paid previously before I flew up to RI. I would like a total refund please.

It was quiet, and the staff very nice and understanding

Housekeeping didn’t pay much attention to the bathroom. We arrived to hair in our shower and open used soap. The Wi-Fi was ridiculous.

Property was great for what we needed

I didn’t like not having a coffee machine and extra blanket or pillows

The sink clogged, the place was very run down.

Try mowing lawn to start the door handle inside bathroom was falling off.

Room was not clean - hair(s) clogged in the bath drain and also up the wall, dirty pillows (yellow)
