The room was pretty comfortable and clean, less than 10 minutes drive to downtown Newport

The forniture is quite old and the room was a bit cold at night with no extra blankets

It’s a bit run down, internet signal is weak in the room, but ok in the parking lot.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful! The room itself was better than I thought it would be based of some of the pnline photos, it seemed recently renovated which was nice! The price was right for what you're getting.

Overall we did have a pleasantly great stay. Seriously only e one negative was we were hearing some sort of animal in the walls and it was making loud noises which was pretty uncomfortable to hear at 2 am.

Easily accessible, had a microwave and a fridge

The room was fine if you are a 20 yo college kid looking for a place to crash after a pub crawl. The room is outdated, mattress was uncomfortable and old, heat didn't work in the room, and the bathroom was not clean. The tv didn't work but thankfully my partner knows electronics and was able to fix it. I wiped up dead bugs and pubic hairs from the floor. The bedspread didn't look like it was washed recently and when we walked in the room, the thermostat read 58 degrees. We turned the heat up to 76 to warm up the room and left to eat. 3 hours later it was only 62 degrees. I called the front desk and asked to be put in a new room and was told they were fully booked. I asked for an extra blanket and was told they didn't have any more blankets. A little while later, a maintenance person came, couldn't fix it, and brought us a small space heater which took about 2 hours to warm up. Oh! And there was a bottle opener in the bathroom. Because who needs a sink in the bathroom? Never again.
