I booked with Expedia and they held $600 when I checked in instead of the $75 they were supposed to hold for incedentals. The credited me back my resort fee, which was nice. But it was quite inconvenient to have that much held without my knowledge.

"Our stay for the most part was nice and we were very close to our show we saw that evening."

The grounds were beautiful

The main restaurant had issues with being able to cook food and was only serving hot dogs and sandwiches. The bistro bar the waitress was not friendly to our party of 8 but we had to tip 20% because of the size of our group. We were not happy about that.

The resort is very nice and the location was good.

We booked a room with a king bed and when we arrived they said they were sold out so we got a room with two queens. Pretty disappointing. Then our TV didn't work so they had to come fix it. After the first night we came back after being out and our keys didn't work. Had to go get new keys. The staff was not very friendly or apologetic. Overall was just ok.
