Grand Summit Hotel - Canyons Village, a RockResort

Location and amenities. Room was large and well accommodated.

Summer pricing great for room we got and truly a special room. Location to village there was great. Clean for sure. Gym nice.

Pool area MUCH smaller than looks on photos. Steam room horrible ( not hot ) and NO sauna I expected from marketing since it is in the paid spa only. Courtesy Toyota vehicle expected to be able to use NEVER running which was a huge disappointment.

Our rooms A/C was not working, we arrived later that night so not much could be done. When I told the front desk in the morning, they just said they would let maintenance know.

Room did not match picture on website. There was not a fireplace and there was not a large walk in shower as pictured. Also there was an arts festival taking place that we were not aware of when booking, which had loud music playing all day until 10 pm. Could hear it even over the tv in our room.

Great location, with access to Canyon Village. However, when we called, we were told that access to summer activities was also available walkable, but that’s not the case. The Olympic Village is a 10-minute drive away.

Absolutely amazing property! The location was breathtaking, the staff was very attentive and professional and the hotel was impeccable.
