Rent, fräscht, väl underhållet. Restaurangen Lemongarden, där vi intog lunch och beställde pizza direkt från vedeldad pizzaugn i trädgården, fantastiskt.

Maten var sådär, vi tog buffe en kväll, men det var i stort sett bara grönsaker, så det var en besvikelse. Det bästa med frukosten var att man kunde få färskpressad apelsinjuice. På den otroligt vackra takterrassen var inte baren öppen, (25-28/5) det var tråkigt då vi gärna hade suttit där på kvällarna och njutit av utsikten. Kanske för att det inte var högsäsong? Lite otippat att shuttlebussen inte hämtade oss i hamnen utan vi fick ta oss till ett annat hotell först och där bli upphämtade, men det funkade ändå.

Lovely area hotel clean and as expected. Staff are excellent very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Tony cappuccino. Made the best coffee every morning and always ready with the black pepper for dinner.

Emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur le Vésuve dans certaines chambres et de la terrasse du bar. Piscine et Lemon Garden magique où le diner était servi pendant notre séjour. Chambre propre et très confortable, belle salle de bains. En dehors de Sorrente et au calme. Très bon petit déjeuner, très copieux.

Personnel globalement bien mais inégal et pas toujours chaleureux. Tout petit parking, attention. Navette mises à disposition par l'hôtel pour le centre ville de Sorrente, mais à certaines heures seulement et payante le soir. La piscine ferme à 18h, quand on revient d'une grande journée de ballade c'est un peu tôt.

Staff were totally disinterested. They tried to pass someone else’s restaurant bill onto our group twice.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel at the beginning of June. The staff were outstanding the the food brilliant with a wide selection for both breakfast end evening meals. A couple of times a week we had dinner in the garden areas that was beautiful at night. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the town centre and not for the fait hearted. With no pavement in part of the route. There is a courtesy bus available , but would have liked it to run more often. There is a lovely bar on the roof roof with views of Mount Vesuvius.

Coffee was horrible. We were told that we couldn't drink the water but yet they didn't supply you with drinking water. You had to buy it and it wasn't cheap!
