Amazing food and hospitality. Felt really welcomed and enjoyed the property a lot. The chef Satish Kumar personally came to greet us at dinner and made some really good indian food which reminded me of home.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Huge breakfast. Accommodating staff. A large number of rooms makes the hotel a crowded one, but still top class.

What a beautiful place and one of the greatest services provided. We were very happy with overall service by the team of Amari, which was led by Khun Ying and the best Chef Mr. Mr.Satish home our functions are very memorable. Really appreciated your hard work..

Amari Pattaya is our favourite holiday hotel and we keep come back here because we simply love it. Above anything else, the staff are simply warm, friendly, welcoming , caring people. They are wonderful. Our Grand Deluxe Ocean View room gives you beautiful ocean & Beach Rd views. We celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday there along with dinner at their Prego Restaurant. I purchased their Executive Package and they decorated our room magnificently. My wife was in tears so it was money well spent. Breakfast options are endless, our room was always cleaned perfectly and the swimming complex is first class with options for guests of all ages. Special mention to Toi who was magnificent and so caring with our special needs son around the pool complex. There is nothing that makes me feel more relaxed and excited when arriving onto Beach Rd and around the bend and the first hotel I see is the beautiful Amari Pattaya

Nice family environment. We're very appreciate K. MOOK reception who give us a hand to solve the booking problems. She is very nice and so kind to our family. We will back here again and again.

Suitable for family with 2-6 years old kids as their pool facilities are not too high and risky. Additional playground is also nice. Staffs are very friendly and kind to kids.

Good location

Excellent stay, relaxing atmosphere and highly professional, lovely staff ! Quiet surroundings, but close bye to everything either by walking or 10 THB bus-bath. Great spacious rooms and bed, wi-fi throughout the property, large swimming pool with all the facilities and one push button for first class service with food & drinks :-) You can walk around in the beautiful "park" with lots of shadow

From check-in to check-out, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. She not only explained the hotel facilities clearly but also offered great recommendations for nearby attractions and assisted with special requests efficiently. What stood out the most was their genuine care and dedication, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I truly appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the host team at Amari Pattaya, who created such a pleasant atmosphere and memorable experience.

This was our second time staying at Amari Pattaya and once again it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. Her genuine care and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel so valued. Amari Pattaya truly delivers both luxury and comfort with a personal touch.
