Amari Pattaya

I travelled in the month of June to celebrate my child’s birthday. The location is convenient, situated at the end of North Pattaya Beach Road. The rooms are fairly basic, and I was not particularly fond of the open washroom concept, especially when travelling with children. However, the pool with water slides was excellent and a definite highlight of the stay. The breakfast section was also wonderful and offered a good variety.

excellent experience with Amari Pattaya, the team members at the Prego, Front desk went out of their way to make our stay a memorial one.

Revision of my review from February 2020 The hotel is still good, the rooms are very large, very clean, and very well equipped. Only the air conditioning is quite loud, which is not in keeping with the comfort of a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool area is very large with different pools for adults and children. Unfortunately, the cushions for the sun loungers have also seen better days. Now to breakfast... There is still a large buffet, but unfortunately the quality and presentation have declined significantly. For five days, almost the same thing was served. Unfortunately, there is little to no variety in the food anymore. The hotel is close to the beach and a few minutes' walk from Terminal 21 shopping mall.

We stayed a week here an enjoyed ourselves immensely. The breakfast each morning was over and above our expectations. So many choices, nationalities, fresh and delicious. The catering front line manager (Bonus), was lovely and runs her staff well. Throughout the hotel the staff were so helpful (thank you Woody-consierge) and everyone else. We would definitely come back again, and would highly recommend this place to others. The Millers from Northern NSW Australia

Wonder full experience same before. I frequently visiting Amari since last 10 years. Every time saw improvement in quality and specially staff KITTY, YUI AND AMMY SO FRIENDLY AND CARING.

Excellent services especially from the bar by the pool (Molly, Bon and Earth). Not the 1st time here and won’t be the last.

All the staff provided excellent service. Everyone was friendly and willing to help from the security guards, bell staff, receptionists, and restaurant team to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room. Thank you all so much!

This was my second stay at Amari Pattaya with my husband and my 2 kids, and it felt just as welcoming as the first time. There was a small hiccup during check-in, but everything else was wonderful. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall comfort of the hotel made my stay very pleasant. I truly appreciate the warm service and relaxing atmosphere

The Indian lunch was absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor, and the presentation was beautiful.Chef Satish Kumar Was outstanding.
