Amari Pattaya

The lovely Kung in Amaya cafe looked after us as we waited for our room to be ready. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Great start, we look forward to the rest of our stay.

Brilliant hotel . Clean and comfortable with the food and the staff at top standers. We booked direct and got transfer from Bangkok to Hotel 1800 Bart in a Camry . Our room had brilliant views and the regular stop and go transport can got us down the road to shops easy. Money changer and 7/11 next door and beach side of the road is grate to run or walk. Coffee is crap and break fast needs more coffee machines to make it easygoing. But staff are grate. Can honestly say well done and thank you to all the staff. Had to feel sorry for them with all the Indians demanding and treating them like slaves. Thank you and well done .

Perfect location. Special mention to satish kumar, who specially took care of Jain food. Rooms were very clean and water resort was worth enjoying.

Very nice hotel and good staff. Rooms are specious. Location is very good it is perfectly located opposite to beach and lot of shopping malls at walkable distance. Satish Kumar chef was very good. Nice pure veg food served

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Indian Cuisine at Amari Hotel Pattaya I had a truly wonderful experience at Amari Hotel Pattaya. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the hospitality is top-notch. Every staff member was courteous, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay extremely comfortable. A special mention and huge appreciation for the Indian chef/cook Mr. Satish Kumar at the hotel. His service was absolutely amazing, and the food was simply outstanding. The Indian dishes were authentic, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. You can genuinely feel the passion and care he puts into every dish. He was also very warm, attentive, and ensured that everything met our taste and preferences. Thanks to his delicious food and excellent service, our stay became even more memorable. If you are staying at Amari Pattaya and love Indian food, you’re in for a real treat! Highly recommended hotel with world-class service and exceptional dining. Will definitely visit again! 😊

Excellent Food & Service at Hotel Amari Pattaya by Chef Satish Kumar at our Event Held at The Grand Ballroom on 1st February 2026

This is my third time staying in this hoel.The hotel has many positive aspects mainly the staff, quality of rooms and cleanliness of the hotel and grounds.This year we had to complain along with a number of other guests over the sereniy pool and its use by young children, we complained to the pool team then reception staff and finally the general manager. A few days later 2 new signs appeared saying over 12 years of age only to use the pool (there are 4 other pools the children can use including a small water park)For a couple of days the pool staff enforced this and it was acceptable. This did not last long before it returned back to the screams and splashing of young children. The pool team need retraining to deal with what should be a tranquil place to sunbathe,if this is not possible then the hotel should stop advertising on a number of websites the adults zone. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel.

We Reached Amari at 8 am, though early and requested for early check in for 1 room Out of 2 rooms booked. We were categorically denied that early check in is not possible . We came again at 11 am and 11.50 am asking for 1 room but hotel denied early check in telling of hotel policy check out at 12 pm and check in at 3 pm, but when we reached the front desk at 3 pm, we were told 1 room is ready and the other room is getting ready as the guest has checked out late. Result : We were given 2 rooms not near and the other room is still getiing ready till the time of writing the review at 3.30 pm . Front desk officers attended us were 1-Madam Goong 2-Mr Varun 3-Madam Pow id 004105970 (as shared by pow madam) Our confirmation id being 3KTZ21 Thanks Amari for ruining our perfect weekend getaway
