Emplacement indiscutablement de premier ordre , très bonne tenue et gentillesse de tout le personnel à rapprocher d’un très bon Club Med si vous connaissez

Petit point noir , indépendant de l’hôtel , grosse clientèle de Russes et Allemands , dont la tenue n’est vraiment ´pas exemplaire …

"Perfect location for a comfortable stay in quieter area of Phuket."

Superbly located hotel right on the beachfront. Excellent facilities available such as the swimming pool, restaurant and bar and close to other excellent restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

The resort is a little dated - some tiles missing in the pool, but overall this didn't detract from the stay.

Att det låg direkt vid stranden. Fantastisk frukost med allt att välja på. Personalen var helt fantastiska och hjälpsamma. De fixade ett bilbatteri till vår hyrbil klockan 19.00 utan några problem.

"Most enjoyable stay"

We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Bang Toa. We were located in a ground floor bungalow overlooking lovely gardens. They were seperate from the main hotel, separated by the road to the beachvand Goat restaurant. My two only criticisms were the hotel room although large and spacious was very dark at the back end with no natural light. The safe was located near the floor inside the wardrobe but there was no lighting near it so needed our phone torch when removing contents. An absolute lack of comfy cushions supporting patio furniture and sunbeds. Breakfast was good, and the staff pleasant.
