"Great Stop for our Road Trip"

Excellent room. Connor, at the front desk, was the most professional and courteous front-desk worker I’ve encountered at a chain hotel in recent years. He also gave us the best rates and recommendations for our walk-in reservation. Would stay here again. The only minor drawback was its location near the convention center. Loud, thumping music from a party there could be felt in the room. Thankfully, they ended before 11pm.

First and foremost, Conner at the front desk was great! He was very friendly and displayed excellent customer service. The property and our room was very clean and spotless. Breakfast was great as well. I'm confident to say that any time we visit Pasco, we'll definitely be staying at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pasco-Tri Cities.

"Very hospitable and convenient"

The receptionist, Connor, was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Gave us a big list, and info, on several restaurants, made sure pir rooms were together, gave us toothpaste and was just super friendly!

"Clean hotel, great staff"

Hotel was very clean and staff were all super friendly and helpful! The only thing to improve is around housekeeping - we didn’t have ours the first two days of the stay and had to specifically request at front desk. We also ran out of Kleenex and bath soap the last two days of the stay that housekeeping didn’t refill for us. Otherwise we had a great experience and will choose this hotel next time we are back!
