Cleaning lady amazing bar man local did have few issues with restaurant staff very blunt and hard to talk to . One would not look at upu or feel like overactive woth you while ordering youre meal this was evening staff but breakfast lovely .

Great breakfast but awful coffee in mornig. Very pretty area.

Bad coffee for breakfast. Complimentart soaps arent paticularly nice smelling but thankfully took my own.

Staff on main reception were attentive and very friendly. Room was cleaned daily and was spotless with fresh towels each day. Hotel grounds are beautiful, set out in the countryside, very relaxing environment. Restaurant lunch and dinner menu was lovely. In-room dining was varied and the cheese board was fantastic. Gym has most equipment and a separate room for yoga etc. Hotel is driving distance to lots of nice country pubs and little village nearby.

Cleanliness of pool area was poor, dirty floors (hair, squashed bugs, plasters) and generally needs a revamp. Gum squashed into the top of one of the coffee tables by sun loungers. Staff talking about guest complaints loud enough for other guests to hear. No staff readily available at the poolside bar. Staff in restaurant have little to no people skills (apart from one guy with long dark hair who was very lovely). Only one hot breakfast option (full English). Queen size bedroom was tiny!

Once probably a very posh hotel, but now with lack of proper maintanance and very noisy rooms not a great experience. The location is used for Weddings, which means you can sing all the songs along in your hotelroom. No reaction from reception when we made a remark about it. Breakfast has very, very poor choice. We heard many people complaining. Rooms were ok, exceptie for missing fridge in our premium room. We booked spa experience, for 105 pounds i got a 45 minutes instead of the advertised 55 minutes treatment. Overpriced.

Very disappointing. For that amount of money dud qe expected more. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Dining was taste-less. Second night was a wedding going on. Would have been better if guests were aware of the posibility of loude music. By check-out, the reception lady didnt ask us if we enjoiyed our stay. That was weird. Spa treatment, 60 minutes massage from Emma was good. My husband should have had the same treatment, but was 45 minutes max en not that good.
