Location, beautiful outdoor space, very clean and tidy.

Although the room is very clean and tidy the bathroom needs some TLC and the bedroom decor is very boring and corporate. Breakfast tea and coffee station is inadequate.

Really liked the room. It was very clean and fresh bedding. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Excellent

Staff and pool really good. Food good value too

No shade outside, would be great to have a sail shade side or stretch tent to relax in. And parasols in front of the restaurant AC didn't work very well, room 201. But staff/ Sarah great to bring fans

It is in a really beautiful location, the beds were comfortable, the room was nice and the facilities are generally pretty good.

It’s seems to be the norm with hotels, there is general wear and tear, it wasn’t particularly clean in some areas. There were crisps under one of the beds, the toilets near the restaurant need a deep clean and the restaurant floor had food crumbs on it. I could hear the man in the room next door coughing all night. The food was poor!

No oven equipment was provided so the oven was effectively useless

We were given a room (room n1) that had paint coming off the wall and was not very clean. We could only be moved until the next day. The staff kindly offered drinks and snack vouchers. Considering that they must have known about the state of the room giving us the room in the first place was not very professional.

AC rooms.

Overcooked and lacking. We got to breakfast at 1000 and little to nothing left. Coffee machine empty. No tongs for cheese or few pieces of ham so ppl were using hands. Service poor in general. Kids in sauna and steam rooms, no lifeguards. Guests saving bed with towels and not using beds
