Check out is until 11:00. Late check out can be arranged with the hotel directly at an additional GBP 10 per hour. Departing guests may continue to use the spa facilities up until 12:00. If guests wish to continue to use the spa facilities after check-out, there is a charge of GBP 15 per person. Please note that the children's swimming times are between 10:00 and 12:00 and 15:00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday, and between 10:00 and 12:00 and 15:00 and 18.00 Saturdays and Sundays. Scenary,hotel location near the town and many walks, the bar and restaurant staff were lovely as well as reception very welcoming.We loved the atmosphere in the bar. The opening time for swimming was great,early. The food at the restaurant was very good and price as you would expect in this area and type of establishment.

No cheese left and no pastries left at breakfast on Sunday at 1015, not acceptable when breakfast is served until 11 am; which was also very disappointing for my wife as very limited vegetarian choice available. The squeaking door between the kitchen and the restaurant..... One of the spa staff was not particularly friendly, another one was.The locker room not great. Charging hotel guest for the robe hire at the Spa.

All the staff were really friendly and super helpful. We only stayed for one night but our room and the hotel's facilities exceeded expectations.

The only small feedback would be that our room was very warm. Despite having the air con on 17C the room remained uncomfortably warm

Lovely quaint property with beautiful grounds Breakfast was great Staff were helpful & friendly Room was lovely, comfortable & clean & the shower was hot!!

The pool & jacuzzi were quite cold 🥶

"Beautiful location and so relaxing!"

Staff were fab and friendly. Our room was lovely, clean, and really quiet at night. We had a beautiful walk through the woods. Our spa treatments were fantastic and it was wonderful sun bathing on the loungers on the terrace.

"I expected more even cancelled out dinner booking due to dining area being so hot and very poor bar"

The location was lovely

Room was so hot Radiators were on in all the hotel No lemonade on a busy Saturday no procecco in main bar staff in the bar were very unhelp full Patio areas are falling apart tbh they could be dangerous needs a few Pennys spent to update it all
