Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, with a well-stocked tea and coffee station. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and all staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is set on a beautifully maintained, grass-covered hill, which adds to its charm. There’s plenty of convenient parking, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and well looked after. Great facilities all around, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

While the staff in the restaurant were friendly, the overall service experience was disappointing. Service was very slow, and the food quality was inconsistent throughout the meal. It was clear the team was stretched too thin, with only one staff member covering both the bar and a large restaurant area, which isn’t adequate. Although the staff were polite, they weren’t able to be as attentive as expected, which impacted the overall dining experience.
