The room needed to be cleaned better there was used soap in the shower and popcorn on the floor

The room was roomy, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay.

Very friendly staff. Loved the chilled lemon water. Close to parks, restaurants, and shopping.

The location was perfect for us! The front staff was very friendly and made sure we were all set in the pool area! The pool was perfect temp and the hot tub was hot!! The beds were so comforable and the room was clean Breakfast was good

Air was cold! Hot tub was hot ! Breakfast was great ! Been coming here for a long time and we keep coming back because of all the little things also like they give you the good coffee creamer French vanilla or hazelnut. Not the generic stuff Lot of places switched to. They have good hair shampoo and conditioner. That’s what makes the difference for me.

The room was clean as I checked upon arrival. Breakfast had pretty standard options and was decent. Pool and hot tub were great. Our family of four would definitely stay again.

The staff were rude, they told us not to eat the sausages at breakfast because the microwave them and we won’t like them. There was a phone in the room that was not working as it was missing a cord. Breakfast was minimal and cold. I had to go looking for a staff at the front desk after standing there for 10 minutes. I found them in the closed dining area chatting. Over all not a good hotel and clearly staff are not happy but willing to share that.
