Comfort Suites Ocean City West

The location was good, restaurants and shopping nearby within walking distance. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was very large with a very high ceiling.

We had our small puppy with us and so our room was located on the pet floor, which was noisy and loud barking from other dogs, which made our dog bark some. Due to the high ceiling, the noises were louder and with echoes. The room were not as clean as I am used to, and it needed some serious fixing up and painting. The closest doors were taken off, leaving metal strips exposed, and the back of the bathroom door was in bad shape due to previous pets scratching the bottom of the door. We ended up not staying and headed for home.

El desayuno podría mejorar, también había una señora que gritaba y permanentemente decía que 9:30 levantaba todo, hacer un wafle era misión imposible porque la señora gritaba las indicaciones a todo el valiente que intentara hacer uno, el pan que ofrecían estaba congelado

Convenient to Route50. Free parking. Comfortable bed & bedding.

Rooms had poor lighting. Bathroom was stark. Poor soap & tissue selection. The breakfast was almost no existent, By 8:00 ! Lobby oddly arranged & not inviting at all.

Good location, pool area was clean and stocked with towels, nice small game room, housekeeping staff were helpful

Room not ready at check in time, bathtub was filled with soap scum and hair, breakfast area not attended to/stocked well

Trash left around pool area overnight and smoke detector was hanging by wires in the room

The staff on were very pleasant and patient. The pool was very beautiful but not very clean, longing area was phenomenal. The woman making the waffles Sunday was amazing.
