Comfort Suites Ocean City West

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was made better by the customer service we received from all the staff especially from Teresa who made breakfast a hit.

Overall my experience was good enough earning a rating of 6. It was just clean enough. The room overall was ok but there were blood stains on the side of the bed skirt and floor. I knew the sheets were clean because there were blood stains underneath them. I’ve stayed in better but I’ve also stayed in worse. This hotel was just clean enough. The staff were just friendly enough. The lady running the breakfast in the morning was sarcastically nice. Yelling across the room instructions on how to use the coffee maker even though I didn’t ask and then Telling my son to get out of the way once when he was making a waffle. She then later began wiping our table even though we were actively still eating. Was she overly rude? no. was she overly helpful? no. she was just good enough. The food was meh I’ve had to eat worse and I’ve ate better. It was just good enough. So overall our stay served its purpose but wasn’t an outstanding experience. I would also say our stay was just slightly overpriced for the experience of the stay. Again if you’re shooting for your guests experience to be just good enough then you hit the nail on the head. If your wife’s can be a bit of a Karen you should probably pick a different place.
