USThe staff were very nice & professional. The outdoor grilling area was very nice.
The sofabed and beds were extremely uncomfortable. The sofa bed needed to be trashed it’s so old & worn. The mattresses on the beds need to be replaced. The mattress on one of the beds was so uncomfortable, my son said it hurt his back so bad that he got up & slept on the floor. Replace the sofa bed immediately in room 232. It’s ready for the garbage. It’s unusable and should not be in use. And update the mattresses, they are too old and worn & uncomfortable. Updates are seriously overdue at this hotel.

The reason for the leisure was to take the kids swimming every day. This did not happen because the pool was shut down, and no one told us prior to choosing this place.
USWe booked this hotel for the pool facility. We didn’t know until after we checked in that the pool was closed for renovation! Also, while eating the complimentary breakfast, I overheard a member of the kitchen staff ask their kitchen manager why he had not put the fresh fruit out for the hotel guests. The employee said she knew guests liked the fresh fruit. The manager said he was told it was okay to serve the older fruit instead. Soon after that, the manager came out among the guests and proceeded to pet someone’s service dog WITH HIS BARE HANDS! Another hotel guest and I looked at each other and asked me, “Did you just see that?” We chose to not eat at the hotel the following morning. For the price we paid for this hotel, we felt it was very overpriced based on our experience. We will not stay at this hotel again.
