USLocation was great near a lot of stores and food places
Room was dirty with items that needed to be replaced. The couch smelled like a pet. I slept on the couch pulled out the bed the springs were shagging, one side sunk in. Asked for a cot the cot mattress had blood stains on it, they sent up another one and the mattress was worn out. The garbage cans were rusty, the pots were old and the utensils were dirty. One day we needed towels and they said they had no clean ones. The pool area smelled and the water was dirty and the had no clean towels in there.
I’ve been a long time loyal Hilton customer for years but this last stay has made me finally considered discontinuing my use of the Hilton brand. The staff was friendly but the accommodations were not great. The room was dirty, outdated, and not worth the price. Stained and dirty mattress, holes in the bedding, scuff marks all over the walls, stained towels, hair on the toilet and in the shower, etc. the pictures drive the point home. The appearance of the room left us questioning how clean the hotel actually was and we were very uncomfortable in the room. I would not stay here.

I stay here several times a year. Always a great visit with excellent service. So convenient to the train and easy access to Chicago without staying downtown.

The hotel was clean and mostly comfortable. The sofa and chair in our suite was uncomfortable, and difficult to get out of.
I really enjoy coming here always quiet compared to other hotels. This time I got to enjoy the hot tub and pool . Awesome! Breakfast was great. This time I enjoyed some extras. Orange water was amazing at the door also used the tea maker in my room. Only down side. I was the room above the front entrance. I could hears doors opening and closing none stop through out my stay. Of all the things that just one small thing compared to the enjoyment I always have at this hotel. Hope to see you next time. Just not that room..
