A bit run down

Nice location and clean view room.

Rooms are clean, but dated. Common areas tend to be dated and could use more cleaning.

We ate in our room with food we brought, only got coffee from the breakfast bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, all of the ones we met. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The room was dingy and dark, the carpet old and worn. It smelled old like old cigarette smoke and other odd things. In general the place felt shabby. It didn't help that there's a paper mill in town with bad odors that wafted through town.

It’s very old, run down and in need of a renovation. We submitted a refund request from booking.com because it was so poor we stayed for less than 15 minutes. The front desk person was rude as well. We also heard nothing in response from your website other than you want a review
