In need of TLC.

We had a very nice time overall and really enjoyed the location. The hotel offers options for children to play, which we appreciated.

We were hoping to spend most of our time at the hotel without needing to go elsewhere, but there were hardly any healthy food options for either adults or children. This meant we had to find restaurants nearby, which we hadn’t planned to do. The breakfast was quite basic not enough of fruit or vegetables, with very limited hot food choices, and overall it didn’t feel like good value considering the price and the standard of the hotel. Also, three staff members passed by, but none of them said good morning or acknowledged us.

Very friendly and helpful staff in particular the cocktail bar manager who was knowlegeable, clearly enjoyed his role and runs a great set up

Amazing location and spa area and great food

Excellent staff, lovely property in a wonderful location.

Location was very good with walks around the forest and driving distance to other places. There was also a convenient bus stop right outside so one could use the local transport if necessary. Staff were frindly & wecoming, polite and informative, food was v. good and facilities were good enough to spend time in the hotel without needing to go anywhere else. Even charged my EV overnight.

The size of our room could have been a bit bigger but we hardly spend anytime in there so it wasn't a major issue at all.
