"It is a nice, well located hotel."

It is a friendly hotel but it needs a lick of paint and improved breakfast

Too many noisy children that are allowed to run around the hotel by parents

Very clean, free milk and cookies in the afternoon were a treat, spa is lovely, the sun terrace is gorgeous Breakfast was outstanding! Dinner was a delight - expensive but worth it - lovely personalized welcome card on the bed, lovely little touches and attention to detail

Some staff a bit off(young female server and breakfast staff). Which was a shame as reception ladies and 2 male waiting staff were excellent & so very sweet. No lifts stairs were a pain all the time. No help with bags down offered, no children allowed on sun terrace which is a shame. Didn’t have anything in the room to advise of check out times , no room service menu ,

Amazing staff and facilities for families, still with a luxury feel. Everyone was great and so helpful with our 9 month old, and we had such a relaxing time.
