I liked that I could get coffee downstairs anytime. Even though there was a problem with the system that day, the staff was friendly and very attentive. The beds and pillows were super comfortable.

It could use with a remodel of the bathrooms. The door looked old and warped from the inside and tub could use upgrading.

The bed was very comfortable and the mirror in the bathroom was excelent

The noises the AC and the minibar make during the night. Also that I could hear everything going on outside of my room. No hot milk for the coffee.

The breakfast was good and well stocked with a nice section of items to choose from.

Although my daughter had called in the late afternoon to confirm I would be a late arrival, my first floor room was not available at 9:45pm when we arrived. The room was on the 2nd floor and there was a problem with the bathroom door. It would not close properly. I have stayed here many times but was disappointed my original reservation was not honored when I arrived. This stay was not what I expected due to the room assignment being changed.
