Casa de los Sueños Boutique Hotel

A small hotel with very helpful staff. Menu got a bit tedious at the « beach » club (there is no beach but rather platforms out over the water). Also the club is open to non hotel guests so it is a bit of a competition to get a lounge chair as there are a limited number. However there are a few chairs at the private hotel pool so the one day I was unable to get a chair at the club I went to the little hotel pool and it was very pleasant.

Beautiful views, loved the pools and chairs out on dock that led directly into turquoise ocean! Very friendly staff. Shower was cold and toilet did not flush well, though. Only on an issue in our room I think.

Hotel staff was a pleasure to get to know. Food was great and infinety pools were spectacular. Great local restaurunts were walking distance. A great choice for being on the less resorty side of the Island.

Absolutely beautiful setting. View from our balcony was breathtaking. Access to adjacent Kin Ha resort was good and well staffed. We chose this location because it was away from the popular north end. We like to walk and there was enough nearby restaurant availability for our weeks stay. Staff arranged transportation as needed and carts were readily available for rent, which we did not do. No tv in room which was known prior and not an issue with us. AC was good, just move the setting from centrigrade to Fahrenheit for a tighter cycling range for increased comfort. Our only criticism is that the bed was too soft for us, which is our preference but others may like.

This property is very outdated. The beds make a lot of squeaky noise. Very uncomfortable to try to sleep. No TVs in the room, and there no rails for the elderly or children. There’s way too many steps for anyone with difficulties or children. We had to carry the stroller back and forth throughout our whole stay.

This was our second stay and we love it. We will be back. 5 stars all the way!

The hotel it self was perfect, staff was extremely slow at the restaurant waiting 1hr or more to eat daily, they would also forget your straws/refills and when asked to bring they would forget again in other words if you don’t get it yourself you would not have none.

The entire staff was welcoming and very friendly. Extremely helpful with arranging excursions, getting taxis, making dinner reservation, and ground transportation to and from Cancun International Airport. Can’t wait to visit again.
