Casa de los Sueños Boutique Hotel

We loved our stay as Casa de Los Suenos. We had an ocean view room and the sunsets were spectacular. It was our first time staying on the south side of the island and we found we much prefer it. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days to explore, and that was enough for us as we have stayed on the North side on prior visits and just wanted to hit a few favorites. We enjoyed Ulan across the street as well as Rancho Capricho, The Joint and Burracho Burro all within walking/biking distance. We even walked to our 9pm Samura reservations and felt safe walking back at 11pm. The hotel itself is beautiful and very charming, the concierges were extremely nice and helpful, and we loved the breakfast and hanging out at Kin Ha. We took advantage of the complementary hotel bicycles and the paddleboards at Kin Ha and loved snorkeling there too. Our room was not super large, but for our romantic kid free getaway. It was more than we needed. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the vibe of the room was wonderful. We also took full advantage of the hotel’s infinity pool and often had it to ourselves. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

A beautiful quiet oasis! We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back!

Absolutely beautiful views from our balcony. Room was clean and the lobby was nice. Having access to the beach club and breakfast included was convenient. The beach club had good food, drinks and access to the water. This is located on the south end and is much quieter area.

I really enjoyed the personalized service, upon check-in and during the entire stay. Would definitely return.

Amazing hotel on a beautiful island.

Our room was not the same as the photos on the site . There was no privacy as far as the bathroom - it was basically just a corner of the room had a glass wall with toilet and a shower . The room walls were also thin- we could hear every conversation our neighbors had through the walls . We had no hot water the first night - they fixed this but it happened two more times during our stay . There was no coffee pot or iron in the room and very few outlets. Also be aware you cannot flush toilet paper on the island - no reviews mentioned that That being said the staff was very friendly and the pool was beautiful . The area was very nice . Just have realistic expectations or you will be disappointed

My husband and I came here for a quick 4 days. We had visited the property many years ago and vowed to come back to stay. We were not disappointed!! We loved the beautiful, quiet property. Eating the delicious (incl) breakfast every morning on the water was perfect and eating dinner a couple times at the restaurant Ulan, right across the street was so comfortable and easy. Enjoyed good food and live music there! Roger and Carlos took care of everything for us at the hotel during our stay. We enjoyed our own infinity pool and extra space in the Presidential Suite. The bed was comfortable and shower was open and had nice pressure. We rented a golf cart for our stay, which you would need to get around the island. It was easy and fun zipping around. We ate lunch on the beach every day and ate dinner either at Ulan, mentioned above or up at the north end of the island where all the action is. We had great seafood every day. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!!

The hotel is lovely, low key and quiet. The hosts, Carlos and Roger, are so welcoming and helpful. The view is beautiful as claimed. And the on-site restaurant is terrific. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides, breakfast is included with lots of delicious options. There are also a few walkable dining sites around the property. If you are looking for a restful vacay, this is the place!!

We love the Case de los Buenos. Best people. Beautiful property. Carlos is the best.
