Casa de los Sueños Boutique Hotel

The concierge/doer of all things, Carlos, was truly amazing! Always cheerful and helpful. He was amazing! Service/staff at restaurant was pretty slow but nice.

The place is beautiful but won’t be staying there again.Told the guy at the front desk that our main room light was not working, he said he would fix it and never did, we were there for 4 days we only had light in the kitchen area and restroom.We were told breakfast was included then at check out they charged us 50 USD for breakfast. I knew somethings weren’t included in the free breakfast but we would pay extra plus tip every time. We didn’t have time to find out why they were charging extra since our taxi was waiting for us outside to take us to the ferry. Disappointing

Oceanfront property. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Average food in restaurant. No elevator and many steps. Noisy air conditioner and fan. Not close to downtown (north island) so an option is to take the city bus into downtown Isla Mujeres (costs 20 pesos) vs. a taxi.

This is a fantastic hotel. It has an amazing open air lobby with infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. Then you can go down to the restaurant right below it which has more pools and a fantastic area to sit and a long pee which you can snorkel off of.

This hotel lives up to its name. House of dreams.

This is such a beautiful place to stay, The hotel is so well maintained and artisticlly decorated. I loved the beautifuk setting overlooking the ocean and the wonderful KinHa beachclub that guests have access to. The staff was ever so attentive and Chris the GM was excellent. He was able to arrange our golf cart rental to be waiting at the hotel for us. Made us feel so welcome, we felt like old friends. He upgraded us to a magnificant room that I truly never wanted to leave. Best of all the house dogs and cat Marvin, Nina and Maggie always made my day. I have so many photos of my Isla pet friends. I have been taliking about Casa de Los Suenos to all my friends and family encouraging them to visit. I cant wait to go back. We will plan a longer stay for more dreamy relaxation.

Lovely little hotel on the quieter side of Isla Mujeres. Staff was very friendly and helpful, yet let us do our thing. Best sunset views from their property. Kin Ha, the restaurant and beach area was very good as well! I would stay here again.

Lovely little hotel with accommodating staff. Pleasure to interact with such friendly and hardworking people.

The one thing that was a bummer is the phone in the room didn’t work. The staff knew this too.

This is now my favorite in Isla Mujeres. Chris and Roberto took great care of us. Jorge and Jessica made every morning the most beautiful and delicious breakfast. I consider them friends now and can’t wait to go back.
