1) Staff - totally unapropriate behaviour at breakfast - we had to change the tables as we did not sit at the 'right' one & we were then relocated to one small table in the corner.. 2) we asked for baby cot in bed - they did not even have the mattres! Once asked for it, they provided the blanket to put it insted of the mattres - the baby slept between us - so ine night before traveling from Vienna no one could not sleep.. 3) too small rooms
