"Overpriced - problems with shuttle refund"

Close to the airport, clean, good restaurant

Website says shuttle included but it’s actually 18€. And then the shuttle came late so I had to get an uber. I asked for a refund. They want a screenshot of my uber ride. Which is proving to be difficult as I can’t send it through email and the booking.com channel won’t take pictures. Don’t they track who gets on the shuttle?? Super annoying and the room was overpriced. Also uber was only 11€. For the price of the room the shuttle should be free IMO. Not impressed.

Я приехал в отель. В отеле и возле отеля был ужасный запах воздуха - выбросы в атмосферу нефтехимического завода Peteochemie Danubia, который расположен в 450 метрах от отеля. На стойке регистрации я попросил администратора отеля отменить бронирование без удержания платы. Но администратор отказала, сказав, что загрязненный воздух - это не вина отеля, а по причине завода, на который отель не влияет. Считаю, что отель должен вернуть плату, так как не разместил на booking.com информацию о том, что отель расположен рядом с нефтехимическим заводом, и не может исключить наличия загрязнений воздуха от выбросов нефтехимического производства.
