Location.

Poorly maintained. Everything was filthy. Room smelled awful. There was hair in the tub and toilet.

"This was a nice place to stay for a night but customer service was very poor."

The rooms were nice, beds comfortable. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the pool was great for the kids.

When I arrived no one was at the front desk and there wasn’t a buzzer to page someone. We waited almost 15 minutes for someone to show up. The front desk was never staffed. The breakfast was super basic and not much choice.
