Nicely remodeled . Looks good.

No one at the front desk or answering the phones. Room was next to super noisy air conditioning unit, so kept waking us up when it turned on. Not pleasant.

The breakfast was very half par. No utensils to serve the food. Breakfast was obviously an attempt to sell the property but not a priority at all. Bathroom door didn’t shut

"Surfaces clean, bad smell, easy fix"

Room was lovely.

Rooms had a bad wet dog smell. Upon investigation we found that the filter on the HVAC unit were completely jammed with crud. A 1/4 inch layer of dust (which is essentially sloughed off human skin cells!) Once I cleaned out the unit myself. It's easy the filter have little handles on them and you rinse them out in the tub. (Once you peel off the big layer of crud into the toilet and flush!) Might have taken 3 minutes tops. The room smelled a lot better in the first 5 minutes. It's a small task, but important to me as I am really happy in a totally clean environment.
