Man konnte von innen zum Spielkasino

Der Mitarbeiter am Schalter war sehr unfreundlich, die Teppichböden im Hotel sind dreckig und heruntergekommen! Der Balkon vom Zimmer war dreckig und fies.

"The stay was miserable!"

Very little...

Check in was slow. The primary complaint was a faulty air conditioner in the room. I was instructed to turn the AC down to 45 degrees and yet the room never cooled. It remained a consistent muggy 76 degrees the entire stay with no circulation (although much cooler outside). An alternate room was not offered. The breakfast was awful (uncooked potatoes, rock hard biscuits, a toaster that didn't work...) Staff was nonchalant and couldn't be bothered with the concerns/complaints.

"This was one of our worst hotel experiences and we will not be staying at another Sonesta."

Nothing.

We were given a room with an accessible bathroom, which we didn’t book. When asked to be switched, we were told that this was what was booked on booking.com, which was absolutely not true. We had to request our trash to be changed and fresh towels to be provided daily. The room was drab and very underwhelming. The breakfast was not good.
