"The facility was beautiful but starting to show signs of wear."

Breakfast was adequate, but needed restocking. The first morning they were out of coffee cups and spoons. The second morning they were out of biscuits and gravy.

Drain in the bathroom was slow so water accumulated. The couch in the bedroom had liquid stains on the seat cushion. A light bulb by the bed was out.
