Chisun Hotel Utsunomiya

Very close to the station. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Stayed two nights while visiting.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wifi in the room was not working but they quickly found a solution and gave us a router. The room was nice and spacious. Free amenities were nice 😀 very convenient for station and shops!

Two double beds with space between them, coffee table and chairs, ... Opposite station but quiet. Free loaner items. All good.

Room size/bed too small, great location

I will stay again next time for the following reasons, 1. Great location, 3 minutes from JR Station. 2. Many local eateries especially Gyoza Stores that Utsunomiya is famous for. 3. Reasonable price. 4. Breakfast is great for both western and Japanese food. 5. Bus station is in front of the hotel 6. Staff friendly, courteous, English speaking, but not much smiling. 7. Room size is understandably small, but bigger than average Japanese hotel room.

Straightforward, functional place to stay, steps from the train station.

near the local bus terminal, front of Utsunomiya JR station, easy to find, there is a bus stop to go to Narita too.

Very good hotel right in front of the JR station. Room is small but cozy and has good view. Nice self-service stand in lobby with all kinds of amenities from toothbrush to tea and coffee.

staff were all pleasant, accommodations fit our needs. very convenient location.

Near Utsunomiya station. I heard that breakfast of the hotel was good. I did not take it, though. Blanket was running out when I requested just before midnight. Spacious, clean enough, but the facilities are old.
