It’s a clean, affordable room with the basic essentials. It is nice that you can use the amenities at the other Prestige Lakefront Resort, as this one doesn’t have any. I have had the same girl at the front desk on several stays, and she’s always very friendly.

It’s concerning they don’t have guaranteed parking and this fills up quickly. The train which they warn you about behind the hotel is loud and earplugs are provided. I didn’t find it to be unbearable, but some sure might. No where to have breakfast or restaurant at all on site.

Front parking spaces were a little tight/narrow - had to park in the back lot and directions to and from the rooms/lobby are horrible.

Close to the park and the mall. Great view of the lake and pets are welcome

The pet fee is per night which is pretty high once it adds up with the extra charges like tax etc.
