We loved the water park!

I wish there was a late checkout option.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean.

Extra pool bracelets were $15 a day per person after the 4 that came with your room, I paid because I follow rules, however there were tons of people in the pool without bracelets and the staff would go into the pool area and they didn't even check for bracelets. Then found out that it was the manager that wasn't checking for bracelets. I really feel like I was ripped off. Also, my bedside table plugs didn't work when I went to charge my phone but I didn't really care about that I just used the wall plug for that. Breakfast was ok, wasn't hot, was barely warm.

There were no beverages available with breakfast There was supposed to be coffee and orange juice but both were empty The play pool was supposed to be open by the time of visit but it was still out of service

The kiddie pool was under construction the sinks in my hotel room kept getting backed up. No sorry the would not let me cancel at once I found all this information out, nor would they give me a refund
