For the price I paid for the room. Plus being forced to pay an additional $100 deposit. I would have expected the pool area to be more clean, better monitored and taken care of. Tons of unruly children, very dirty water. No staff monitoring for wrist bands or making people follow the rules. Over capacity for sure. Staff was very stressed out and short at check in.

We booked this hotel specifically for the bar and pool/hot tub. During check in, the agent wearing a green sweater and matching eye makeup informed us that the bar was closed due to no available staff. We were advised that we could bring our own drinks and enjoy the bar but there was no staff available to serve us. We were disappointed but decided to take her up on the offer. After checking in we made our way to the bar area and again, we were advised that they had no accommodations to keep our drinks cold but that there was an ice machine down the hall. About 20 minutes later we were approached by the manager and informed that we were not permitted to drink in the bar. Terrible communication and service. We were not able to access the

What attracted to me to this hotel was the pool area for my children. The pictures are very misleading. The pool area was very old and outdated. A few of the water features weren't working at all. Lots of rust all over and water was freezing. The first room we checked into was dirty. We had to haul all of our luggage back down to the lobby to wait in line again to get another set of rooms keys. The second room had a cracked window. I called the desk to make sure I would not be charged for this since they took my card for incidentals and they insured me I would not so I put the curtain down so my children would not get injured by accident since the crack had sharp edges. Lost power due to storm which was understandable for awhile but the common areas had power just not the rooms. Power did not come back on and pool areas were shut down due to power outage which is why we picked this hotel in the 1st place. Tried to take a shower and it was also freezing cold. they said because the power was out the hot water heater was down. Left the hotel after a few hours due to all of this. Would not recommend.
