My family stayed here for two nights because we had a wedding in Newport. A great location and very easy to go back and forth to the events. The location is very pretty on the water and with a view of the bridge. There is a cute coffee shop a short walk from the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious but the bedroom is very small. There is less than a foot from the foot of the bed to the furniture and about the same distance from the side of the bed to the AC shelf!! I am a small person and had to shuffle through side ways! The other issue with the room is the humidity - there is a dehumidifier that we had to empty 3 times in a day. The room smells like dirty sports socks/ stinky feet! Hopefully not every room smells like that - the hallway was ok. Would stay again if the room didn’t smell!

My experience could hardly have been worse. We arrived on Monday evening to be told that we had cancelled our reservation (we had not) because we wanted smoking accommodations (we don’t smoke). We were then put in a room for the night that was so oppressive with room-freshener odor that we had to move to a different room. In the morning, we were moved not to a room in the property but to a sister location driving distance away - which removed our ability to walk to town which was a primary factor in our selecting the Bay Voyage Inn. On top of that, the Wi-Fi in our room never worked during our entire stay. I expect a full refund as well as a make-good reservation at a property of my choosing.

Had a great experience

Enjoy our stay - had room on the third floor, no balcony, but a great view of the bay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. There was a problem with the pool so we could not use it. That did not bother us since we spent most of our time in Newport. One minor problem - only mirror was in the bathroom. Also no TV available in the workout room.

Pool not available onsite. We were disappointed that we did not know this before checking in. We were offered other pool sites but that wasn't convenient! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
