The QBC taproom on the lower level is not wheelchair accessible. The staff advised that we could enter the taproom through the cigar shop on the lower level. This entrance has about a 4" step (too high for a wheelchair) and you are at the mercy of the cigar shop hours, which closes several hours before the taproom. The staff was polite and apologetic, one staff member even told us she has repeatedly complained about this to management. This remote location is a long drive, only to be denied access when you arrive.

Got married here. Spent Thursday-Sunday and it was absolutely perfect. Amazing venue. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Food was excellent. The cigar bar and lounge is an excellent addition. 10/10 would recommend to anyone one. Looking to have an amazing time with all their friends and family in one location.

Got to property..no front desk..had to check in at bar! Barmaid had to get manager for check in! Met manager who gave me KEY…went to room after told to park on other side of building…no key needed for entry to building…went up 3 flights to room…again no key needed to enter room and no lock on door! I left immediately and booked a room at the Hampton inn in some rest…far better room and felt 1000% safe!

It wouldn’t be fair to get home and not take a min to give this great place a 5 star review! The room was amazingly clean, even the sheets smelled fresh , bathroom Was great, king bed was super comfy and plenty of room, the multiple bars on site were great for having an evening drink after riding all day at mountain ridge. There was live music , awesome beers and seltzer on tap and the food was soo good ! Our daughter had plenty to do with the fun little arcade downstairs and even a great Halloween day party. The free breakfast was perfect , plenty of choices and hot coffee or tea And oj. If this place didn’t make u happy than shame on u ! The end
