The staff on the property were great. Bridgette was wonderful and very helpful. Overall a pleasant experience. The hotel does need to be updated and thouroughly cleaned, which would have the experience five stars.

I was given the wrong room at check-in but didn't know it until I went to the room. I was given a king with only a chair and I booked a king suite with sofa and chair. The lady that checked my husband and I in was very nice. But when I went back to the front desk to correct the room error to get the room I had booked with a sofa there was a different lady there and she was very rude and wouldn't give me the room I booked. She finally did after me showing her several times proof of my booking and involving her manager. The room was beautiful but the whole experience was upsetting so my husband and I went to go eat at a restaurant with friends we were visiting and we didn't go back. We didn't stay at our room in the hotel, it was just an overall bad experience. I do want to stay at the Hampton again when we visit the area again and hopefully it will be a better experience. Hopefully it will be better next time.

The breakfast was nice

The bed was uncomfortable, the microwave didn't work unless we put it on the floor. There were supposed to be 2 TVs. Plus, when we got there, they didn't have the right room and blamed it on booking com. And there were no sheets for the pull out bed so I had to go down to the front desk to get them. It felt like we were staying in a 50 dollar hotel.
