The location, the amenities, staff specially Sofie, telene at the front desk , Jocelyn at the breakfast area. The Christmas spirit 👍

Everything went well, except the shower water stream was very weak when in use.

It was clean and inviting

The amount of people standing by the front door smoking cigarettes was unpleasant, uncomfortable and unhealthy. The bathroom door looks cool but doesn’t have stoppers so it bangs with every open and close additionally it doesn’t allow for any privacy

"Beautiful view, quiet and comfortable for a quick jaunt to Newport Mansions"

Great location for cliff walk and easy access to downtown Newport. Also has a shuttle but we used our car.
