This is terrible stay at the hotel, Management, Room Services, Breakfast is too worst , Worst experience staying at this hotel, even we try to request Expedia to cancel and refund the money but it did not happen. We choose Expedia choose which is not correct.

Decent digs. Good night sleep. Great breakfast. Only thing I wish wasn't so scarce were the luggage carts. Never found one.

No desk agent - had to walk over to embassy suites - told them I accidentally made the reservation for a week out and I needed to cancel the one a week out and book a new one for that night, still no cancellation of the accidental booking and no response from the hotel - when you call the front desk it just rings and rings and rings no matter if you call the embassy suites or the Homewood suites - I will say the women who checked me in was incredibly nice and kind but I am very disappointed my reservation cancellation wasn’t handled
