Homewood Suites by Hilton Dulles-North Loudoun

For starters my room key had to be reset every day. There was rarely anyone at the front desk when I need to get my room key programmed, just a sign directing customers to the front desk at the embassy suites next door. So, I had to walk the embassy suite daily to get my room key programmed. They charged and attempted to charge my company credit card multiple times to the point it was over the limit. They then proceeded to ask for another card after I showed them the charges that they initiated on the card. My shower had mold in it. It's close to the airport, so you hear the flights all the time.

Did not bring a pet, although there were a couple of k9s that seemed very happy, and my wife, whose a kid at heart was very fund of the the establishments.

I am in town for work and stayed at the Homewood Suites Hilton Dulles North. Every day for some reason my room key did not work once I got to my room and I had to have the key reprogrammed. Every single time I went down to have it reprogrammed there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign directing guests to the Embassy Suites next door for service. There was always someone at the Embassy Suite's front desk, but never anyone at the Homewood Suites front desk. Ridiculous!

The was a small issue with my reservation that the staff quickly helped me with. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

No customer service was offered. When told Cheetos were left by the the beside table, and that a phone was not working. Both broken phone, and Cheetos stayed for the entire visit. Toilet ran all night, no one at either desk for more than 2 hours. Was forced to turn off toilet at the inlet value.
