The breakfast served was very nice, great selection. Lots of bed pillows which I like, maybe two could be firm pillows.

My friend and I enjoyed the afternoon wine and excellent breakfast. Victoria the front desk person was welcoming.

The front office is on a steep incline and was difficult to get to the office on check-out.

We stayed here for three nights during our honeymoon and ended up extending our stay because we simply didn’t feel like leaving. The room was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The location is one of the best in town everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely kind, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Carmel itself has a wonderful vibe perfect for late night walks, cozy weather, and plenty of great food options nearby. The only small downside was that the sound insulation wasn’t the best, and we felt the breakfast could have offered a bit more variety. However, the overall comfort, convenience, and charm of the stay far outweighed those minor points. Altogether, it made for a truly memorable honeymoon experience.

Location is excellent. Bed was very comfortable with large European-style pillows in addition to standard style. Both breakfast and social hour foor and beverages are very good. Parking is ample. Rooms have been refreshed recently.

Bathrooms are well-appointed, but very small by American standards. Rooms tend to be noisy. No elevators, so access to all floors is by stairs as the ground floor is the parking area.
