The staff was very kind and welcoming. We also enjoyed the wine and snacks they offered each evening.

windows open onto busy walkway it was hot in the room and no a/c. if you open the windows there is no privacy parking was very tight

The breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit and homemade quiche. We also appreciated the happy hour - wine and appetizers with an amazing cake. Our room was lovely and clean. Walking distance to everywhere- the beach, shops, restaurants. I fell in love with this place and the sweet town of Carmel !

Location was perfect to walk around, the staff was very friendly and attentive and the rooms were nicely redone and clean. Loved the happy hour in the lobby with fresh cookies and a charcuterie spread with wine! Breakfast was also good! 10/10 stay

No aircon or ceiling fans. Way too hot in rooms.

Unfortunately due to bad weather the hotel had a power cut so we had no hot water or warm breakfast.
