Staff was friendly and prompt. Property was clean and the location was great. Good walking, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Room size was good.

the room had a funny smell. It hit you as you walked into the room from the hallway. Not an awful smell - I was able to ignore it - but not pleasant. Perhaps the carpet is holding on to odors?

Location

The rooms were ill kept. The carpet in the room was sticky and the portion below the duct was soaked with duct water. There were tiny insects in the room which kept falling into food. The bed had 2 single mattress that kept slipping and creating gap. Staff at front desk was extremely rude. I regret choosing the hotel

The hotel as a whole is very good; location not too far from the airports; domestic & international

Restaurant prices were higher than expected, not helped by about 20% in local taxes. From Desk communications need to significantly improve. In the morning no one knew anything about a taxi we ordered the night before. As it happened, the taxi hadn't been ordered!!

Very good location, perfect. It was nice that we could check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later.

Breakfast was not too good. Mold in the bathroom.
