We passed 10 nights. For a 4 star hotel, the experience could be better. Why must there always smell that moisture and soft mold.

I booked in advance a king sized bed but I got a twin double instead. Which I was hoping would be reflected by a reduction in price but this was not the case. The beds are too hard and the service takes a long time to answer to your requests. E.g. laundry.

The hotel lobby and initial common areas are majestic, beautiful nice and clean. However, passed the first floor there's a terrible smell of cigarettes smoke combined with damp and air freshener or diffuser. The smell permeates the entire building including the rooms. The rooms are very basic at best, there were two power points in the room and one in the bathroom. The bed was hard and unforgiving and the pillows had the same damp smell. The bathroom was very unclean with years of grime clearly visible, we wore our thongs into the shower to be safe. The grime could be cleaned - it just hadn't been! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly and very responsive. The restaurant staff were polite but intense and overbearing, telling us where to place things on our table and what utensils we could/ not use. The pool is adequate but awkward to use given it is in the main common area of a restaurant, as a western woman I certainly didn't feel comfortable using it during our stay, despite it being warm weather and having travelled a great distance to get to Mumbai. The fitness centre/ gym is fantastic and more than adequate. It's equipped with good range of weights incl an olympic bar, has many cable machines and treadmills and binges, cross trainers etc. Overall our stay was average, the lobby is really all that is 4 star about this property.

Very Poor hotel conditions Unacceptable excuses and unprofessional

Hotel lobby and restaurant was nice but rooms were not so nice. The room we stayed in was very damp inside and had mold. Also made us not feel well physically.

The front desk took forever to check me in, and the customer service was not as good as i expected it to be.

Hotel is ideal for business travellers as it is near the International Airport. The room airconditioning is very chilled , the thermoset controls did not work.

Terrible front desk.

Location is good Breakfast is good Room is spacious though bathroom is small In hotel food menu is costly. And surprised that you cannot take food to your room Bad check out experience room 316. Vinit Agarwal

Checkin time should me made around 11 a.m. it was very nice stay
