Room looked old and outdated. Number of items were either not working or hardly working i.e. hair dryer, kettle. Surprisingly no mini bar or fridge. Staff were helpful.

Nice and quiet room although next to the airport. Staff at the lobby didn’t smile but at the restaurant the staff was very friendly.

The rooms are old types No refrigerator,not good ambience,old lights

It’s totally a disaster to stay in hotel VITS No room service No shuttle service In short it’s wastage of money

Rooms are bad and the faculty is old. Staff is impolite and the way they treat guests is pathetic.

VITS hotel was very nice and the staff was always very responsive. It is close to the airport and metro. We would recommend it to others.

This hotel surprisingly does not allow food to be bought to the room from outside. Hence it becomes hard when travelling with infants and older people who do not like the hotel restaurant. This information is missing from expedia. So beware. I had booked 5 rooms here and was travelling with family. When i got food from a nearby restaurant on the first day for a couple of elderly family members, i was told about this rule by the security outside. I went and spoke to the reception who agreed to let me carry the food inside and even called the security to do it. However the security wouldn't allow me to carry the food inside. While i repeatedly asked him to speak to the person in reception, he kept talking in Hindi. I asked him to talk in English since i cannot speak Hindi properly. For that he shouted,"speak Hindi, this is India". It is definitely India. This is not how i was expected to be treated by a hotel calling itself "4 star luxury business hotel". This was clearly my worst experience in a hotel anywhere in the world especially in India where other hotels have been nothing but accommodating.

Hotel not worth the money. Smelly bad room. Your site is equally useless. Why yiu want me to write “bit more”?

The place is very shady.bed is uncomfortable sheets not clean the over all hotel is pretty unclean
