Updated Hotel Looking at the facilities & ambience paying 5900/- not worth It looks like 2500₹ Hotel

Breakfast,Service,Cooperative staff,good house keeping

good but customer must be allowed to eat and drink whatever they want. not allowing to bring there food and drinks inside is cruel. some person cannot eat restaurant food.for myself next time i will choose another hotel

Very close to international airport... I would give a Thumps down for the Reception staff for Check In / Out.. The guy (don't remember his name) at the desk of the so called 4 star hotel gave a stare without even having the antiquet to greet ?? Probably i believe he would have been placed there to fill in the Stop Gap vacancy...Further my colleague checked in at 8am & directly came to the b/fast hall, i had booked a suite room & clearly stated 2 guests in booking made but the staff at the restaurant desk comes & tells me that the second person would be chargeable since they don't have his name on their list ??? If they have any such issues first they need to check with their check in staff & then revert to us.. This was my second experience with this same hotel..I think its high time the management goes for hotel renovations and even replace their rude staff with bettet ones...

great experience with the stay..clean n comfortable ..food is expensive ..do not order iced tea ...

Housekeeping needs to be improved and AC controls need to be checked

Very good hotel in an easy area for grabbing food, water and essentials. 15 minutes from the airport in Mumbai traffic. Rooms are spacious - with a seating area and the bed was perfect - huuuuge. For those of you that train - it has an outstanding hotel gym - much better than you would generally be used to at a hotel. Obviously not everything but a damn site better than you find at most hotels. Service was good, although not a fan of the restaurant, only form a service perspective. I had an issue with the fact I wasnt allowed to order a coffee and take it up to my room - I had to order room service with the room service pricing - this is a minor issue compared with the overall good quality of this hotel.

Property is ok but there is no food choice late night and one cannot order from outside as well...thats totally gross

The location is good for travellers however the slums view is the sore point (certain rooms only). Overall a nice experience & value for money specially in a place like Mumbai

My experience was not good ...disliked the property and the staff.
