Very courteous staff at the poolside cafe.

The bed mattress is hard and uncomfortable Constant phone calls from the spa and dining room team was very annoying and inconvenient, No plugs or USB ports near the bed. Plug in the bathroom was not fixed properly - seemed very dangerous

don,t know as I didn,t stay there due to my bad health I had to return home early however even after canceling that part of the holiday they still charged the full amount to my debit card which is against there own payment rules

Good location, good staff, great service. A bit old property and could be more clean specially bathroom.

Pros- Great and courteous staff. Everyone is helpful. Rooms are spacious. Cons- rooms seem old. Bathroom is very old style and not well maintained. and impacts overall comfort of stay.

House keeping was very nice. In general I found staff for room services was very polite.

I am a regular guest at VITS, however my stay this time was horrible. First of all I was charged Rs. 600 more than the rate confirmed thru yourselves. Secondly 3 noghts charges were collected in advance while checking in and on second day I was requested to vacate the room saying booking was for only two nights. Luckily I had the print out of your confirmation and seeing the same they back tracked and even returned the Rs. 600 over charged. This is not the way to treat the frequent visitors to the hotel I will never stay at VITS in future.

What I liked was about the management, when they provided me a suit after what had happened with us during our stay.in the same price.

Worst hotel stay away from this hotel. This property is not even close to 2 star.
